Mustang Sampling is Going Green

(last updated: July 12, 2010 04:39 PM)

In today's economy, green thinking is on everyone's priority list.  The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recently signed a proposed rulemaking requiring emission sources, including the oil and gas industries, to report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.  Data collection will be required beginning January 2011 to have reports available for submission March 2012.  Data collection of these emissions do not rely solely on direct measurement, but involve the use of products reducing and eliminating the emission of GHG.

The Mustang® Sample Conditioning System (MSCS) is the ultimate green product for the natural gas industry.  It tops the green list with a variety of features that make sampling easy and cost effective including:

  • Energy Efficiency
  • Does Not Vent Natural Gas
  • Requires no external power or natural gas for proper operation
  • Reduces Waste & Cost
  • Eliminates the Joule-Thompson Effect
